My background:
10 years experience in the Financial Services which include roles in Accountancy, Finance and Treasury.
Language skills:
English, conversational Irish but I'm a little rusty to say the least.
Why Squared Financial®?
My last role in my previous job was pure Accountancy, however, I agreed to manage the Treasury Dept's trade confirmations with our investment banks. I found this part of my job the most interesting and satisfying. Squared Financial offered me the chance to explore this role further and increase my knowledge.
Experience you have gained at Squared Financial®?
The experience I have earned has been fantastic. From understanding the process of FX trading, confirmations, working on our demo system, i.e. setting up client accounts etc, transferring and booking client money, posting interest on client accounts.
What I enjoy about my current role:
No two days are the same, you are encouraged to leave your comfort zone and try new things and the training I have received is second to none. Also the support I have gotten from senior management to not only further my studies but also branch out within the company itself has been a great confidence builder.
